This wedding was incredibly special. The kind of special that makes me feel so grateful that this is what I get to do for a living. So grateful that I get to meet people from all over the world that I never would have crossed paths with otherwise & that I am able to witness so many joyful moments & love like this. (yeah, that’s a whole lot of cheese but it’s true!)
Having chatted with Andrea over email for many, many months prior to their elopement/trip to Nova Scotia, I was so excited for this tiny wedding that was starting off my 2019 wedding season. This entire day was an adventure. From having no running water at their Airbnb in the morning as they were getting ready, working around a significant amount of unexpected snow, almost running out of gas & having their vehicle get stuck sideways in the very steep snowy driveway on their way to dinner later that night – these two rolled with whatever came their way and they had the BEST day. A great reminder that no matter how big or how small your wedding day may be, just go with the flow. It makes for such a great adventure and a fantastic story to tell long after it’s come and gone. It’s your day & it will be even more magical than you could have ever imagined it to be.
Congratulations once again Andrea + Karl! I hope you come back to visit Nova Scotia soon for your next adventure. ♡
